Next Tuesday, August 18th, we are having a "Spike Night/Team Night" at Road Runner Sports in Shrewsbury at 6:30 p.m. I need to know by this Friday if you will be coming, and I would like you to make every effort to come. Road Runner Sports uses a computerized gait analysis system, Shoe Dog, that ensures that runners are in the right footwear. On top of that, you will receive a discount on new shoes bought, there will be raffles, pizza and drinks. It will be a fun night!
Since many of you are going to camp from August 20-25, we will be staring official practices on August 27th. We will be meeting at the high school at 7:30, and we will have practice every day (except Sunday. These practices are mandatory!!!!
So again, important dates are:
Tuesday, August 18 (TEAM NIGHT)
Thursday, August 27 (PRE-SEASON BEGINS)
